Aftermovie Fashion Flows #3
This was Fashion Flows #3.
In this third edition of the ‘Young Patterns Fashion Flows’ we focused on the labour market, in which fashion jobs are central and we examined young people’s perceptions of jobs in the fashion industry and how companies think about young people. We looked at questions such as:
– What does the fashion industry look like in Belgium?
– What are the current jobs within the fashion industry?
– How will the jobs change in the future?
– Which jobs are currently carried out by young workers?
– For which jobs is it difficult to find personnel?
After a short intro, companies pitched about the jobs within their organization. Afterwards, you were able to participate in a number of focus groups and enter into a dialogue with fashion companies and young people. It is a transparent exchange of ideas about the content of different fashion jobs and organizations.
