What?

During an Expedition, IVOC works with experts, schools and companies in a very concrete way with young people. The aim is to analyse the talents of these young people so that they can make positive and sustainable choices for their careers. In a company they then discover company-specific and general competencies, which are necessary for a career. During the aftercare we work on a competency passport, a personalized CV, a motivation letter, …
